Domestic Shipping Charges
Fish Crazy Imports ships goods to all New Zealand locations & the fees shown when you process your order will apply in most cases.

However, for some remote locations & some of our products that are over size, extra fees will apply & your credit card will be charged the actual cost of shipping. The receipt delivered with your purchased products will reflect the adjusted charge.  We ship by either post or courier, whichever works out the cheapest for the combination of goods you have purchased.

If you would like find out the cost of shipping for your particular order prior to placing it, send an email to odin@clear.net.nz to request a shipping estimate.   Your request for a shipping estimate should include the size and quantity of the products to be ordered and the delivery address.  

 
International Shipping Charges
Fish Crazy Imports ships to a variety of international destinations.  The shipping charge displayed when you process an order for international shipping will be the domestic shipping rate.  However, your credit card will be charged the actual cost of shipping and the receipt delivered with your purchased products will reflect the adjusted charge.  We ship by either post or courier, whichever works out the cheapest for the combination of goods you have purchased.

NOTE - Due to the high rate of credit card fraud,  purchases that our bank classifies as possible fraudulant transaction,  shipping will be withheld until transaction has been clearedby our bank, or at clients request funds will be refunded to the card used on the transaction and funds may them be transferred by international transfer directly ty our bank to proceed with the order.
