If a product is damaged in shipment or an incorrect item is shipped, we will issue you a full refund or immediately send a replacement product. In your e-mail, please tell us your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or replacement product.

Fish-crazy.com will delivery your orders anywhere in the world. A packaging and postage cost will be added to the cost of orders depending on the size of the order. Orders distributed with in New Zealand will arrive within 5 working days of placing the order. Allow up to 10 working days for made to order clothing items. International orders will take up to 15 working days.
